Master Workshops
Hong Kong Tap Festival 2019 presents Master Workshops for tap lovers to join. There will be 16 classes in 3 consecutive days at Hong Kong Cultural Centre rehearsal room, taught by four tap masters. Students can learn from the festival’s featured guests, taking glimpses into their dancing and teaching. Aspire to enhance your understanding and knowledge of the global trend in tap dance? It’s something you shouldn’t miss.

Fun Tap Jam with Student Showcase
Being one of the programmes in Hong Kong Tap Festival, Fun Tap Jam is a free style tap dance event. With strong music and energetic beat, dancers from all around the world will join together, hoping to bring improvement, inspiration and move next step forward. The public are welcome to join. Let's share the happiness and enjoy the exciting atmosphere all together!

Intro to Tap
A special course for people without any tap dance experience but would like to have some fun in the rhythmic and percussive tap sound on a weekend. Tap shoes are not required.

Hong Kong Tap Festival 2019 Gala
Beat・Me・Tap
2019 marks the 8th anniversary of the Hong Kong Tap Festival (HKTF), presented by local, professional dance company R&T (Rhythm & Tempo). Amongst all the different activities within the Festival, the highlight has to be Beat．Me．Tap which is a showcase of all performers, featuring our international guests, as well as local talent. With the addition of a live jazz band, the show promises to offer a feast for both the ears and eyes, so don’t miss out!
